Drama, daah, dah-dah-dah!
Drama, daah, dah-daah!

Here I am. I’ve got my happy face on.
Let the games begin.
There’s no telling what might happen.
But you’re sure to hear about it.

He’s mad at her. She’s mad at him.
And they’re not talking to them.
Everybody talks. Everybody knows.
And so the story goes.

Oh, this drama is getting so old.
I’ve got problems of my own.
Why can’t we just get along?
Aren’t we all adults?
Oh, it’s easier being alone.
This drama has got to go.
It’s everywhere. It’s in the air.
And I’ve had it up to here.

Here come the hopeless and hapless
Ready to make my day.
They’re compelled to share what, when, where, who.
And I’ve got nothing better to do.

They’re surprised, angry. They cry, “Oh, why?
Why’s this always happen to me?”
Funny, I was thinking the same thing.
You know what I mean?

Oh, this drama is getting so old.
I’ve got problems of my own.
Why can’t we just get along?
Aren’t we all adults?
Oh, it’s easier being alone.
This drama has got to go.
It’s everywhere. It’s in the air.
And I’ve had it up to here.

With all these loose lips, one thing’s clear –
Opinions don’t run short around here.
And since I’m already going insane,
I might as well end with a bang.

Oh, this drama is getting so old.
I’ve got problems of my own.
Why can’t we just get along?
Aren’t we all adults?
Oh, it’s easier being alone.
This drama has got to go.
It’s everywhere. It’s in the air.
And I’ve had it up to here.
